I’m Nick Leach, leadership strategist, author of Leading on Purpose, and a practitioner who has helped organisations across industries unlock purpose-driven performance. Over years leading high-performing teams in pharma, automotive and professional services, I saw one truth again and again: When leaders shift mindset, build trust, and connect people to purpose, performance accelerates and culture transforms. This became the foundation of how we work.
